Job Title: Inside Sales Officer Location: Noida / Hybrid Department: Assessment Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and motivated Inside Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tele-calling prospective schools and institutions, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for the field sales team. This role is critical in building the first point of contact and ensuring a seamless handover for successful conversions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Make outbound calls to schools and educational institutions from the provided database. Clearly articulate the companys products/services and unique value proposition. Fix appointments for the sales team and ensure effective communication of meeting details. 2. Communication & Query Handling Respond to initial queries and objections professionally. Provide accurate information to prospects to build trust and interest. 3. Tracker Management & Reporting Maintain detailed records of leads, call outcomes, and appointment statuses using the companys tracker system. Submit daily and weekly reports on calls made, meetings scheduled, and pending follow-ups. 4. Coordination with Sales Team Ensure smooth coordination with the field sales team by handing over qualified leads in a timely manner. Share feedback from prospective clients to help enhance sales strategies and messaging. 5. Continuous Improvement Participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews. Contribute insights during team meetings to improve sales processes and customer engagement. Qualifications and Skills: Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Sales/Marketing/Communication). 1-2 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in the education sector. Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Ability to handle objections and convert conversations into opportunities. Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
