Job Description

Job Title:

  • Make outbound calls to schools and educational institutions from the provided database.
  • Clearly articulate the companys products/services and unique value proposition.
  • Fix appointments for the sales team and ensure effective communication of meeting details.

2. Communication & Query Handling

  • Respond to initial queries and objections professionally.
  • Provide accurate information to prospects to build trust and interest.

3. Tracker Management & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed records of leads, call outcomes, and appointment statuses using the companys tracker system.
  • Submit daily and weekly reports on calls made, meetings scheduled, and pending follow-ups.

4. Coordination with Sales Team

  • Ensure smooth coordination with the field sales team by handing over qualified leads in a timely manner.
  • Share feedback from prospective clients to help enhance sales strategies and messaging.

5. Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews.
  • Contribute insights during team meetings to improve sales processes and customer engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Sales/Marketing/Communication).
  • 1-2 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert conversations into opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
