Lead - Project Construction

Responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities Lead and oversee all construction activities for real estate development projects in Mumbai. Develop and implement construction strategies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success. Manage and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and construction staff. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on project status, budget, and timeline. Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to achieve cost-effective solutions. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in construction processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
