Lead - Project Construction

Purpose/Objective

The Position will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities related to real estate development projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in the Real Estate Development industry and possess strong leadership skills to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Roles & Responsibilities - Lead and oversee all construction activities for real estate development projects in Mumbai. - Develop and implement construction strategies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. - Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success. - Manage and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and construction staff. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards. - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. - Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on project status, budget, and timeline. - Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to achieve cost-effective solutions. - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in construction processes. - Drive a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and excellence within the construction team. Qualifications and Experience
