Prepare detailed scrutiny of all the title documents in the file (Should know the title flow chart) and interpreting various Agreements, Deeds, Affidavits and other documents for its legal implications and provisions. Further verify the title of the property to be mortgaged by perusing the all the title documents to safeguard the Company's interest and ensure company from involving in disputed or unclear property to avoid future litigation. Basic Knowledge of Court Proceedings is an added advantage. Draft, revised and maintain legal documentation to update corporate governance . - Land: (i) Supervise due diligence for successful land acquisitions across the state of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu; (ii)Drafting, vetting and registering of various land documents such as Sale Deeds, Release Deeds, Ratification Deeds, Lease Deeds, Joint Development Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding.
