Are you a seasoned Process Engineer with 15–25 years of experience in EPC or Engineering Companies within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Refinery sectors?Key Responsibilities:✅ Lead and mentor a team of process engineers and designers✅ Develop key process engineering deliverables including:• Process Simulations, PFDs, P&IDs• Design Basis & Criteria, Engineering Philosophies (Isolation, ESD, Control, Relief & Blowdown, etc.)• Flare & Blowdown Studies and Reports• Pipeline Flow Assurance Studies✅ Handle engineering for critical process equipment:• Gas compressors• Export pump facilities• Fired heaters• Thermal design of heat exchangers/coolers• Utility system design• PSV sizing and relief systems✅ Ensure intra-discipline coordination and compliance with international codes and standards✅ Perform manhour estimation and optimum resource planning✅ Drive competency development, performance management, and team motivation✅ Guide a multi-cultural team towards successful project deliveryWho You Are:✔️ An engineering leader with proven experience guiding large teams on complex projects✔️ Strong in both technical and soft skills with excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities✔️ Passionate about delivering quality and nurturing engineering talent📌 Location: [ Chennai ]👉 Interested ones drop your cv's to muthulakshmi@provhr.in
