Job description Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Oil & Gas and BFSI Recruiters to join our dynamic recruitment team. As a consultant specializing in Oil & Gas / BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector, you will play a key role in delivering top-tier talent for our client organizations. You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various BFSI roles, while building strong relationships with clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Oil & Gas / BFSI industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in recruitment. Experience : 1year to 3 Years Location : Chennai - Adyar Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients within the BFSI & Oil Gas sector. Understand client requirements, business culture, and talent needs to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions. Talent Sourcing & Networking: Proactively source, identify, and engage high-caliber candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media (LinkedIn), referrals, and networking events. Utilize advanced search techniques to headhunt passive candidates. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening calls and interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations. Shortlist candidates who meet client requirements and present them with compelling opportunities. End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job brief, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and post-placement follow-up. Ensure a smooth and efficient process for both clients and candidates. Market Intelligence & Reporting: Provide clients with insights on market trends, talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices in the BFSI sector. Regularly update clients with progress reports and timelines for each recruitment campaign. Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain a network of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Client & Candidate Negotiation: Coordinate salary negotiations, offer letters, and employment contracts between candidates and clients. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and expectations are managed effectively.
