As a Lead People Partner at Lera Technologies, you will play a crucial role in championing employee experience, developing talent frameworks, and fostering a culture where every employee feels valued and empowered. Your focus will be solely on people, performance, and culture, without any recruitment responsibilities. **Role Overview:** You will serve as the strategic HR advisor for business teams, overseeing talent development, performance management, and culture-building initiatives.
