To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, have at least 3 years of experience in HR operations focusing on onboarding, offboarding, and compliance, possess a strong grasp of HR policies, labor laws, and employee relations, be familiar with HR dashboards and data analytics tools, exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in HRMS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
