If you embody ownership, professionalism, and high energy in all your endeavors, you will find a perfect fit within our dynamic team. **Responsibilities:** - **Onboarding:** Take charge of creating high-impact onboarding experiences that establish clear expectations and empower every new hire to start strong. - **Culture & Discipline:** Uphold professionalism, maintain high standards, and reinforce our company values through daily interactions. - **Attendance & Leave:** Efficiently manage leave and attendance systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. - **HRIS Operations:** Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all HRIS tools, ensuring the maintenance of clean and real-time data across systems. - **Benefits & Perks:** Oversee employee benefits, perks, and vendor coordination to enhance the overall employee experience. - **Employee Engagement:** Strategize and execute various initiatives such as All Hands meetings, team events, festive celebrations, wellness activities, and cultural programs to foster a vibrant workplace culture. - **Rewards & Recognition:** Implement impactful rewards and recognition programs, ranging from shoutouts to spotlight awards, to celebrate the contributions of every team member. - **Employer Branding:** Collaborate on creating newsletters, internal communications, and employer branding initiatives to showcase our unique culture and attract top talent. - **Data & Ops:** Maintain accurate employee data, generate reports, and drive process improvements to streamline operations. - **People Development:** Encourage and support employee growth, performance, and personal development to help individuals reach their full potential. - **Employee Success:** Work closely with the HR Business Partner to strengthen employee relations, enhance processes, and uphold our company culture. - **Data & Analytics:** Utilize real-time employee data to generate actionable insights that drive informed HR decisions. **Experience & Skills Required:** - MBA or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in a People/HR Specialist role, demonstrating expertise in HR operations, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives. - Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and discipline. - Proactive mindset with excellent execution skills. - Proficiency in Excel analytics. - Familiarity with creative tools such as Figma, Canva, and Mailchimp to enhance internal communications and branding. - Curiosity or experience in leveraging AI tools for optimizing people practices. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Bonus: Passion for games or interest in the gaming industry.,
