We are seeking a dedicated individual to join us as an Associate Talent Partner at our award-winning design agency. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, with a focus on sourcing and screening candidates for various positions. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with operational tasks as needed. A typical day in this role will involve sourcing suitable candidates to build a talent pipeline, conducting thorough screenings to assess candidate fit, and ensuring that candidates complete necessary assessments and interviews promptly. You will be working on a variety of creative and technical roles simultaneously, providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, and verifying the accuracy of candidate documents. The stipend for this position starts at INR 15000 and has the potential to increase to INR 25000 within six months. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently, and demonstrate active listening abilities. Additionally, a proactive attitude and a willingness to continuously improve your interpersonal skills and understanding of organizational psychology are essential qualities for success in this role. This position may not be suitable for individuals who lack enthusiasm for successfully filling open positions, feel uncomfortable reaching out to candidates via phone, prefer to rely on specific instructions rather than problem-solving independently, show little interest in organizational psychology and human behavior, or tend to remain silent rather than actively participate in meetings.
