Role: Lead or Senior Consultant Demand Generation

Work Location: Hyderabad

Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Demand Generation Lead to oversee and execute lead generation programs, account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, and multi-channel demand generation initiatives for our financial technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing marketing-sourced pipeline, and optimising demand generation strategies to fuel revenue growth. This role requires a balance of high-level planning and hands-on execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and measurable impact.

  • Demand Generation Programs.

    Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies tailored for the financial technology sector across multiple channels, including email, digital advertising, social media, events, etc.
  • Lead Generation Campaigns.

    Design and execute multi-touch marketing campaigns to generate MQLs and SQLs, ensuring alignment with sales pipeline goals. Develop retargeting and remarketing strategies to drive lead engagement and conversion.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.

    Work closely with sales and presales teams to plan and execute ABM campaigns targeting high potential prospects.
  • Events & Campaigns.

    Lead the planning and execution of industry events, conferences, webinars and partner events and campaigns to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Automation Tools.

    Leverage various Sales/Marketing automation tools to streamline lead generation processes, nurture leads, enhance operational efficiency, and drive higher conversion outcomes.
  • Lists / Databases.

    Maintain and manage lead databases, ensuring data integrity and segmentation for targeted outreach and campaign effectiveness.
  • Performance Measurement & Reporting

    . Regularly analyse campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in sales pipeline outcomes. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and ROI.

Requirements

  • A Graduate or Post-graduate in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 10-12 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing, in the B2B technology industry preferably in the financial technology space .
  • Knowledge and expertise in ABM strategies, marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), and CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, programmatic advertising).
  • Demonstrated success in executing demand generation programs that resulted in measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong proficiency in English language and grammar, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive copy for marketing campaigns and content.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social selling strategies tailored to financial institutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and refine strategies accordingly.
