5. Define the Leadership development framework for each level of the organization to develop and fast track Talent. ( 5 yrs Talent map)

6. Responsible to develop and manage the women leadership pipeline

7. Overview of the competency roadmap of MAN India aligned with Global teams.

8. Define and publish the LD metrics at Organizational level to create insights for business.

9. Define the frameworks for measuring the impacts of the Interventions rolled out.
