Lead - OD and Culture

As an ideal candidate for this position, you should hold a Qualification such as MBA (HR), MSW, or a Post Graduate qualification in OD from TISS or other esteemed organization. With an Experience Range of 12-15 Years, you will be responsible for various roles and responsibilities within the organization: - Conducting organizational assessments through focused groups to identify areas of focus and define strategies to enhance organizational performance. - Leading change management initiatives, which include communication, training, and stakeholder engagement. - Facilitating employee workshops, meetings, and connect sessions to gauge the organizational pulse. - Collaborating with Global teams to create programs that foster a positive and inclusive work culture while promoting organizational values. - Developing a Leadership development framework for each level of the organization to nurture and fast track Talent with a 5-year Talent map. - Managing the women leadership pipeline within the organization. - Overseeing the competency roadmap of MAN India in alignment with Global teams. - Defining and publishing L&D metrics at the Organizational level to provide insights for the business. - Establishing frameworks to measure the impacts of the interventions rolled out. In addition to the above responsibilities, it is essential to possess the following additional skills: - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in analytical and data skills. - A problem-solving approach to challenges. - Proficient in various OD methodologies and practices. - Experience in program designs. - Strong project management skills.
