1. Conducting organizational assessment through focused group to identify areas of focus and define the strategy to enhance organizational performance.
2. Working on change management initiatives including communication, training and stakeholder engagement.
3. Facilitate the employee workshops, meetings and different connect sessions to understand the pulse of the organization.
4. Collaborate with Global teams/ Create programs to cultivate the positive and inclusive work culture, promoting organizational values
5. Define the Leadership development framework for each level of the organization to develop and fast track Talent. ( 5 yrs Talent map)
6. Responsible to develop and manage the women leadership pipeline
7. Overview of the competency roadmap of MAN India aligned with Global teams.
8. Define and publish the L&D metrics at Organizational level to create insights for business.
9. Define the frameworks for measuring the impacts of the Interventions rolled out.
