Java Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development:

• Develop and productionize

  modern APIs and event-driven microservices

  using

  Spring Boot, Kafka, and Hibernate

  .
• Implement

  domain-driven design (DDD)

  principles for building robust, maintainable, and scalable services.
• Write high-quality, efficient, and testable code in

  Java

  while adhering to coding best practices.

• Architecture & System Design:

• Participate in

  system design discussions

  and contribute to solution architecture.
• Lead efforts in

  productionization

  , ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.

• Agile & DevOps Delivery:

• Deliver software using

  Scrum

  and agile methodologies, actively participating in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Work in a

  modern DevOps setup

  , contributing to CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing processes.

• Technical Leadership:

• Provide

  technical leadership

  to a team of developers, guiding them through design, development, and code reviews.

• Ensure quality through

  unit and integration testing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 7+ years

  of experience in

  software development

  with strong hands-on expertise in

  Java

  .

• 2+ years

  of experience in developing

  API and event-driven microservices

  using

  Spring Boot, Kafka, and Hibernate

  .

• 2+ years

  of experience implementing

  domain-driven design (DDD)

  principles.
• Experience working in a

  Scrum/Agile

  environment and applying

  software engineering best practices

  .
• Proven track record of

  technical leadership

  — mentoring team members and leading projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of

  system documentation, production support, and maintenance processes

  .

Good to Have:

• Experience in

  automated testing

  Selenium or WebDriver

• Familiarity with
