Job Title: Lead II - Software Testing Performance Tester Duties & Responsibilities The ideal candidate is a senior testing personnel with at least 8 years’ experience in Performance testing. This role is critical to supporting the successful development and delivery of our product innovation and migration testing programs and initiatives. This role will be involved in a series of initiatives some of which include next generation pragmatic automation, new ways of working and best practices to benefit our clients. Support to maintain and consistently ensure the high-level quality of testing. • Design, Create and develop performance test scenarios from identified specific target and end to end customer requirements. • Plan and develop Automated Baseline testing for Regression Test Phases • Design, develop and review Automation Performance test scripts for the transformed applications. • Formulate and implement Automation reusable Framework (including rules, standards and best practice) • Manage Planning, support & delivery of the Regression and Integration test activities • Support the preparation and implementation of Performance Test Plans partnering with engineering and Infrastructure teams. • Support the Targeting preparation of non-functional (performance) test plans (identifying automated reuse and test cases where applicable.) • Produce appropriate Automation and Regression measurement and metrics as required by the Project Manager/Business • Produce Regression Test Completion Reports by comparing baseline test results with results of running the Integration testing performance scripts. • Review and support the signoff of testing for submission to NIKE for Certification and Release stages Be able to execute automated and manual performance tests. Experience in working in Agile and DevOps environments and approaches. Knowledge, Skills & Experience • Strong Experience in engineering and executing performance testing in an agile environment and cloud solutions • Performance Testing/benchmarking, Result monitoring and Performance tuning • Strong Experience in developing performance testing scripts with JMeter • Good base technical knowledge of other testing tools such as Microfocus LoadRunner or Tricentis NeoLoad • Testing Leadership with agility • Good base knowledge in Monitoring tools like: Dynatrace, SPLUNK, Fiddler, Graphana (JMeter) • Good base knowledge in JIRA, Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub, Confluence • Strong Communication Skills - Ability to communicate simple to heavy technical details to non-technical audience • Experience in client and stakeholder Management and close coordination with technical engineering and user representatives
