Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Engineer with 7-8 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE customization and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). This role requires both technical acumen and business process understanding. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE , Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) applications. Design and implement advanced Power Automate workflows for business process automation. Build and customize Power BI dashboards and reports to support business intelligence needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Integrate Power Platform applications with Microsoft Azure , third-party systems , and legacy applications . Provide technical mentoring to junior developers and contribute to best practices and code quality standards. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve performance or functional issues in existing D365/Power Platform solutions. Develop SSIS packages using KingswaySoft for data integration and ETL processes. Must-Have Skills 7-8 years of experience in: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE customization and configuration Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) Power Automate (including cloud flows) Proficient in Power BI report design and development. Strong working knowledge of Azure Integration with Power Platform (Logic Apps, Azure Functions). Hands-on experience with SQL Server and writing complex SQL queries. Experience developing and deploying SSIS Packages using KingswaySoft for data migration and integration. Solid understanding of Dataverse and D365 security roles, business rules, and entity relationships. Good-to-Have Skills Experience integrating with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams . Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). Familiarity with TeamCity , automated deployments , and ALM practices for Power Platform. Knowledge of Power Platform governance , DLP policies, and environment strategy. Microsoft Certifications: PL-200 : Power Platform Functional Consultant PL-400 : Power Platform Developer Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional Agile teams. Willingness to mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or related field.
