Lead I - Enterprise Solutions

You have a job opportunity for a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with 5 to 8 years of experience. The role involves working in locations such as Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Trivandrum, Pune, or Noida. As a consultant, you should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in SAP SF EC, including at least 1 implementation and multiple support projects. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and gather requirements on Foundation Objects, Custom MDF objects, Business rules, Position management, and Workflows. Knowledge of Time off, Time sheet, and EC Benefits is a plus. - Hands-on experience in configuring Employee central module, including Custom objects, Role based permissions (RBP), and Report Center (Canvas reports/ Advanced Reports). - Work on MDF, Foundation objects, Associations, Business rules, and workflows to translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs. - Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing for the Time Management module. - Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases related to absence management, identify improvement opportunities, and implement necessary updates. - Maintain accurate documentation of the solution design, configuration settings, and system processes. - Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into absence trends, patterns, and compliance. - Provide end user training on Employee Central when required. Qualifications Required: - MBA/MCA/B.Tech/B.E degree - Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
