Candidate with 7-9 years' experience & has worked in Agile teams and has CRM experience.
-Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.
-Design and create interactive Power BI dashboards to visualize key quality metrics and performance indicators.
-Conduct various types of testing (e.g., functional and automation) to ensure product quality.
-Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
-Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
-Monitor and report on quality performance, providing regular updates to management.
-Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in quality engineering data visualization, and testing. Preferred Skills:
-Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is advantageous.
-Familiarity with SQL and database management.
-Understanding of statistical analysis and process improvement methodologies.
-Good to have automated testing tools and frameworks.
-Knowledge on JIRA, Confluence
