Lead I - Enterprise Solutions

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining ETL processes using SAP Data Services for data extraction, transformation, and loading. This includes designing and executing data replication strategies to extract data from SAP and non-SAP systems and load it into AWS cloud applications. You will need to leverage different Change Data Capture (CDC) mechanisms to ensure efficient and accurate data replication. Collaborating with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders is crucial to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Monitoring and troubleshooting ETL jobs to maintain data accuracy and integrity, as well as optimizing and tuning ETL processes for performance and scalability, are key responsibilities. Documenting ETL processes, data flows, and technical specifications is essential for effective communication and knowledge sharing. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data integration and ETL development is necessary to ensure continuous improvement. You will also facilitate the capture of master data requirements and specify functional requirements for ETL processes to meet business requirements. Coordinating migration iteration planning and execution, specifying test processes, and ensuring formal validation processes are followed are part of your responsibilities. You will be responsible for implementing changes in accordance with the Change Management Procedure and adhering to information security policies during and after implementation. Reporting the status of ETL activities to the PMO and Project Management is also a key aspect of your role. Key Skills: - 3-5 years of experience using SAP Data Services as an ETL tool for migrating data into SAP S/4 Hana systems - LSMW/LTMC experience - Oracle, SQL Server, and S/4 HANA experience - Usage of BODS with integration to SLT as a source with ODP Framework, Ariba real-time interfaces, and AWS S/4 buckets as a target - Knowledge of SAP S/4 Sales Order and PO documents, IDOC updates via SAP BODS, and SAP Rapid Data Migration to SAP S/4HANA Company Overview: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider with over 30,000 employees in 30 countries.
