Job Description

Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Exp:

Job location: Rohini/Noida

Shift: 2:30 PM to 11 PM/ US Shift


Key Responsibilities:


○ Generate potential leads in the USA & other western countries across various industries. 

○ Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential leads.

○ Use platforms like linkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other channels to generate leads

○ Implement best practices for lead qualification, follow-ups, and conversion.

○ Provide regular updates to senior management on outbound lead generation progress.

○ Use data-driven insights to improve strategies and achieve targets.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

● 4+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.

● Strong knowledge of outbound sales techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.

● Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools will be plus

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Experience in B2B lead generation, especially in industries like IT services, SaaS, or consulting.

● Worked exactly for the similar industry and role
