Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – IT Sales Location: Delhi, India Job Type: Full-time | On-site ⸻ Job Description:We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Lead Generation Executive – IT Sales to join our growing tech sales team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential B2B leads, qualifying prospects, and assisting the sales team in converting these leads into clients for our IT products and services. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients through cold calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online tools. Generate high-quality B2B leads in IT domains such as software development, SaaS, CRM, and web solutions. Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT criteria). Coordinate and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team. Maintain and update the lead database in CRM software. Collaborate with the marketing and pre-sales teams to run targeted outreach campaigns. Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets. ⸻ Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, lead generation, or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (like HubSpot or Zoho), and email outreach platforms.
