Elite HR Consultancy (EHC) is a fast-growing recruitment consultancy based in the UAE, specializing in white-collar hiring across sectors like ecommerce, retail, finance, and education. With a strong digital presence and a quality client database, we are expanding and looking for a dedicated Lead Generation & Calling Executive to help us grow our client base in the UAE.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for outbound sales calls and lead generation activities targeting CEOs, HR Managers, and decision-makers across UAE companies. You’ll be using our quality lead database and tools to initiate conversations, pitch our services, and book meetings for the business owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Make

  150–200 outbound calls per day

  to potential UAE-based clients
• Use

  LinkedIn, Sales Navigator

  , and email to support cold outreach
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM/sheets
• Handle objections, generate interest, and

  book meetings

• Report daily progress and insights to the business owner
• Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure alignment of client requirements

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in

  cold calling

  ,

  lead generation

  , or

  sales

• Prior experience in a

  recruitment agency

• Excellent

  spoken English

  and

  confidence in voice communication

• Familiarity with tools like

  Sales Navigator

  ,

  CRM software

  , or

  calling platforms

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must have own laptop/PC, stable internet, and quiet working environment
