Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist located in Chennai. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying new leads, generating lead lists, and conducting research to support sales efforts. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, maintaining communication with prospects, and coordinating with the sales team to meet lead generation targets. The role requires effective communication skills and a proactive approach to building and nurturing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Proficiency in conducting Research to support sales efforts
• Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
