About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify high-quality leads. You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other platforms to target C-level executives and drive sales. You will work closely with the sales team to refine strategies, improve conversions, and keep the lead generation process efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to find potential clients across various channels.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads to improve sales conversions. Tool Utilization: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and freelancing platforms.
Target C-Level Executives: Identify and reach decision-makers in key industries.
Database Management: Maintain and update lead databases using spreadsheets and Airtable.
Collaboration: Work with the sales team to enhance strategies and increase conversions. Industry Research: Keep up with trends and competitors to find new opportunities.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve lead generation methods for better efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications:
2-3+ years in B2B lead generation or a similar role. Expertise in lead generation tools and platforms. Proven success in generating high-quality leads and meeting targets. Strong english communication and relationship-building skills. Analytical skills to track and optimize performance. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or in a team. Degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus, but not required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
