Position: Lead Generation Specialist (CRM & Sales Strategy)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist who has expertise in CRM tools, sales script creation, and account-based marketing (ABM). You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through platforms like Lusha, Apollo, and LinkedIn, while also developing sales strategies and scripts. The ideal candidate should be familiar with lead generation best practices and have experience with sales and marketing automation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM tools to manage, track, and optimize the sales pipeline.
- Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for targeted outreach.
- Use platforms such as Lusha, Apollo, and LinkedIn to identify and generate qualified leads.
- Create customized sales scripts and outreach strategies tailored to different target segments.
- Analyze CRM data to provide insights and optimize sales processes.
- Maintain and update lead data, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation within the CRM.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Stay up to date on the latest lead generation and CRM tools and techniques.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead management and pipeline tracking.
- Knowledge of lead generation platforms (Lusha, Apollo, LinkedIn).
- Experience in creating and refining sales scripts.
- Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and implementation.
- Strong analytical skills to track lead generation metrics and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
