As we continue to expand our global presence, Amplior is seeking skilled professionals for a Tech Lead Generation role focused on the UAE market.

Position Overview

As a Client Partner – International (Tech), you will play a critical role in executing lead generation campaigns for the UAE market. The position involves engaging with international B2B decision-makers through outbound calling, understanding their technology requirements, and qualifying high-quality leads for the sales team.

The ideal candidate is confident in international communication, understands B2B sales dynamics, and adopts a proactive, results-driven approach to global lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage outbound calls to B2B prospects in the UAE market.
  • Generate and qualify leads for technology-driven products and services.
  • Engage prospects in consultative discussions to identify business and technology needs.
  • Ensure lead accuracy, quality, and readiness before handover to the sales team.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal communication with clarity, confidence, and a neutral/global accent.
  • Professionally handle objections while building rapport with international clients.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Ensure timely reporting and adherence to international process standards.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and account teams for smooth lead transitions.
  • Contribute to campaign success through feedback and process improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in international outbound calling or B2B lead generation is required.
  • Prior exposure to the UAE or Middle East market is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven international environment.
