Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers to build a strong sales pipeline. You will play a critical part in connecting prospects with our solutions, ensuring they are a great fit, and setting the stage for successful customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Outreach
  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email, databases, industry events, etc.).
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Lead Qualification
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and buying intent.
  • Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria to ensure alignment with our products/services.
  • Pipeline Management
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate and timely information.
  • Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and schedule meetings/demos.
  • Collaboration
  • Partner with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads from campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to improve targeting strategies.
  • Performance Tracking
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach, qualified leads, and conversions.
  • Regularly report progress, challenges, and insights to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role (B2B experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and stay persistent.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working in [your industry, e.g., SaaS, IT services, FinTech].
  • Knowledge of lead generation tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
