Role Overview: As a Client Servicing/Key Account Manager in the IT-Software/Software Services industry, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients and manage key accounts. This will involve calling and generating leads, gathering information from various sources to build a database, following up on cases for feedback and closure, and overseeing the proposal development process. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire new clients through various channels - Generate leads by making calls and conducting lead generation activities - Compile information from websites, associations, and other sources to create a comprehensive database - Follow up on cases to gather feedback and ensure closure - Manage the proposal development process for potential clients Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills in English - Ability to interact with top management in international locations over the phone - Experience in international business development or international BPO sales/lead generation - Comfortable working in a 24X7 work environment,
