Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge SaaS products, custom web solutions, and AI-driven services. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, understands digital transformation trends, and thrives in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients for SaaS products, custom web development, and AI-based solutions. Initiate contact with decision-makers through emails, cold calls, LinkedIn, and networking events. Understand client pain points and business challenges to suggest tailored tech solutions. Coordinate with technical teams to design and present customized proposals and demos. Nurture leads through the sales funnel and support the closing of deals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients. Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM systems. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform strategy. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 6 months to 2 years of experience in B2B business development, tech sales, or a similar role (internships included). Basic understanding of SaaS products, web technologies (HTML, CMS, APIs), and AI services (automation, chatbots, data analytics). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently. Nice-to-Have: Experience with lead generation tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Clutch. Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce). Exposure to global clients or international sales. Familiarity with software project life cycles or agile workflows.
