About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Manager to lead our client acquisition strategy. You’ll work closely with marketing and sales teams to identify prospects, engage decision-makers, and generate high-quality leads that support our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies
• Source leads via LinkedIn, email, calls, and digital platforms
• Maintain and manage accurate lead databases
• Align outreach with sales and marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify key prospects
• Set meetings and hand off qualified leads to the sales team
• Analyze data and improve conversion rates
• Use CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, or Sales Navigator
• Optionally lead and mentor junior team members

Who We're Looking For

• 3–6 years in lead generation or outbound sales
• Strong English communication skills
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
• Highly organized, proactive, and goal-focused
• Based in Ahmedabad and open to on-site work during US PST hours
