You’ll work closely with marketing and sales teams to identify prospects, engage decision-makers, and generate high-quality leads that support our growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute lead generation strategies Source leads via LinkedIn, email, calls, and digital platforms Maintain and manage accurate lead databases Align outreach with sales and marketing campaigns Conduct market research to identify key prospects Set meetings and hand off qualified leads to the sales team Analyze data and improve conversion rates Use CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, or Sales Navigator Optionally lead and mentor junior team members Who We're Looking For 3–6 years in lead generation or outbound sales Strong English communication skills Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM Highly organized, proactive, and goal-focused Based in Ahmedabad and open to on-site work during US PST hours Why Join H!KINEX?
