Job Title: Lead Generation Manager cum Executive

Experience: 3 Years
Location: NoidaEmployment Type: Full-time

Salary: 50k (Performance bonus included)

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Lead Generation Manager cum Executive who can independently generate leads, manage end-to-end lead processes, and support business growth. The candidate should be capable of both strategy planning and daily execution without team dependency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation (Execution – Executive Role)

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp campaigns, and online platforms.
  • Identify and contact potential clients through databases, portals, and research tools.
  • Qualify leads as per business requirements and share high-quality leads with sales/business owners.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain continuous engagement.
  • Maintain daily call/email/outreach reports.

Lead Strategy & Management (Manager Role)

  • Plan and implement lead generation strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Decide lead sources, outreach methods, and campaign structure.
  • Track lead quality, conversion ratio, and performance metrics.
  • Optimize scripts, templates, and messaging for better conversions.
  • Coordinate directly with founders/sales for feedback and improvements.
  • Maintain and manage CRM and lead databases.

Reporting & Tools

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Zoho / HubSpot / Excel / Google Sheets).
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads and conversions.
  • Analyze data to reduce cost per lead (CPL) and improve ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in lead generation.
  • Strong experience in both B2B and/or B2C lead generation.
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email tools, CRM software.
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing or paid lead campaigns.
  • Experience in startup or small team environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,428.98 - ₹50,000.00 per month
