📍 Location: Gurugram, Haryana | 🗓️ 6 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday mandatory)

Your Role

Lead Generation Executive

What You’ll Do

• Work with the Sales & Marketing team to generate and qualify leads
• Pitch & promote Wayspire’s services to prospective clients
• Counsel students on career opportunities & guide them toward relevant programs
• Build a pipeline through cold calls, referrals & networking (monthly revenue-driven targets)
• Deliver engaging product presentations & sales demos
• Maintain accurate client information in CRM/Excel
• Collaborate on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
• Ensure follow-ups, appointments, and demos are completed on time

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate/Post Graduate (Backlogs allowed)
• Strong communication skills & ability to think critically
• Target-driven with leadership & organizational skills
• Resilient in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Compensation

• During Probation (6 months): ₹18,000/month + Incentives
• Post Probation: CTC up to ₹5 LPA (₹3 LPA + ₹2 LPA Performance-based)
