Job Description

  • Work on assigned or self-sourced databases to identify and qualify SQLs.
  • Understand lead qualification parameters like company size, industry, tech stack, and decision-maker roles.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn, company websites, and directories to verify lead data.
  • Make outbound calls to engage potential leads and assess their interest.
  • Send personalized emails and WhatsApp messages as part of outreach campaigns.
  • Follow up consistently on warm leads and pass qualified ones to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead records, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Update lead stages based on qualification progress and responses.
  • Ensure data hygiene and eliminate duplicates, outdated, or invalid records.
  • Research target industries and decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Stay updated with competitor movements and relevant industry trends.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRMs and lead generation tools.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and written outreach (email/WhatsApp).
  • Organized, target-oriented, and self-driven.
  • Ability to work with and clean large datasets for outreach.
