Job Description

As a Lead Generation Intern at our Raipur-based team, your role is crucial in supporting our sales and marketing functions. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, executing outreach activities, and contributing to the overall sales pipeline through research and CRM management. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email, and social media. - Qualify inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns and web inquiries. - Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers. - Engage with prospects to understand their needs and assess fit. - Schedule qualified meetings or calls for Account Executives. - Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales activity records. - Ensure timely lead follow-ups and track funnel progression. - Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies. - Partner with sales teams to smoothly handover qualified leads. - Track KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rate, and meetings booked. - Participate in training sessions and contribute ideas to enhance lead generation performance. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales development or similar role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to effectively manage time and handle multiple priorities. - Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. - Knowledge of email tools and best practices. - Basic experience in Canva designing and content creation. - Proficiency in email verification and online database creation. - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
