Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Lead Generation Executive / Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in identifying potential clients, nurturing business leads, and supporting the sales pipeline. This position directly contributes to Wemee’s growth by building strong connections with companies that value premium corporate gifting solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential corporate clients across different industries. Generate leads using online platforms, databases, and industry sources. Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to connect with prospects. Qualify leads based on budget, need, timeline, and relevance. Maintain and update lead data, ensuring accuracy and proper follow-up. Segment leads (hot, warm, cold) and prioritize outreach efforts accordingly. Coordinate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads for closure. Support marketing campaigns with prospect data and feedback for improvement. Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and qualification targets. Provide regular reports on lead funnel, outreach performance, and conversion rates. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). 1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or telecalling (freshers with strong communication can also be considered). Prior exposure to corporate gifting / B2B services industry is an advantage. Ability to research and identify potential clients effectively. Comfortable working with lead targets, KPIs, and fast-paced environments. Strong organizational and time management skills. Skills Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills. Strong research and analytical ability to identify new opportunities. Persuasive and confident in approaching prospects. Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally. Team player with a proactive and result-oriented mindset. Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. What We Offer Fixed salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (₹1.44 – ₹2.4 LPA).
