Lead Generation Executive

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday)

Role Overview:

proactive and confident cold caller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential leads across India
• Present company’s sourcing capabilities and offerings in furniture, tiles, soft goods, and materials
• Identify decision-makers and qualify their interest level
• Maintain and update CRM (ClickUp) with lead data and call notes
• Coordinate with the sales team for warm lead handovers
• Follow up on previous interactions and nurture leads into opportunities

Requirements:

• 0.5 to 2 years of experience

  in cold calling / telemarketing / inside sales (B2B preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in

  English and Hindi

• Basic understanding of CRM tools (ClickUp experience is a plus)

• Confident telephone presence and ability to handle objections

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining records

Good to Have:

• Experience calling architects, builders, or real estate industry professionals
• Interest or background in interiors, materials, or procurement sectors

Salary:

INR 15,000 to 25,000/month + Incentives (based on lead quality and conversions)
