Lead Generation Executive

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through online chat, email campaigns, and internet research (Google, LinkedIn, etc.).

Act as an ambassador for the business by promoting the company and its products effectively.

Identify potential clients in the overseas market for offshore services in website and mobile app development.

Inform potential clients about the company's products and services.

Convert discussions (non-verbal) into new business leads.

Demonstrate a passion for inside sales with self-driven, energetic, and confident work behavior.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Interact professionally with clients at all times, aligned with the company’s brand values.

Maintain prompt, polite, and professional service standards.

Exhibit strong judgment and decision-making skills.

Additional incentives are available based on successful lead conversions.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in written communication.

A positive and proactive approach to objection handling.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
