Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify, qualify, and develop potential business leads for our CBG Manufacturing Plants, CBG Retail Outlets (Pumps), and Green Diesel Retail Outlets (Pumps) on behalf one of our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of renewable energy or fuel industries, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential leads and target customers in the renewable energy, fuel, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Generate qualified leads for:
  • CBG Manufacturing Plant setup opportunities
  • CBG Retail Outlets / Fuel Pumps
  • Green Diesel Retail Outlets / Fuel Pumps
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through databases, online research, networking, and market intelligence.
  • Contact and engage potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events.
  • Understand client needs and present company offerings aligned with their requirements.
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to schedule product demos, meetings, or proposal discussions.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with lead and pipeline information.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead status and progress for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Energy Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in energy, renewable fuels, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the CBG, biofuel, or green energy industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead management software.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in generating leads for energy infrastructure projects, fuel retailing, or industrial equipment sales.
  • Understanding of government schemes, policies, or incentives related to CBG or Green Fuels (such as SATAT, National Biofuel Policy, etc.).
  • Familiarity with EPC, OEM, or dealership networks in the fuel/energy sector.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of qualified leads generated per month.
  • Conversion rate from leads to meetings or proposals.
  • Accuracy and completeness of CRM data.
  • Contribution to revenue pipeline and closed deals.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives.
  • Additional bonuses for high-quality lead conversions or deal closures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
