Lead Generation Executives


Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential clients in need of

    contract or dedicated development resources

    .
  • Generate leads through

    LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, email campaigns, cold calling, and freelancing platforms

    (Upwork, Clutch, etc.).
  • Reach out to

    HR Managers, CTOs, and Delivery Heads

    of IT companies to understand their staffing needs.
  • Maintain and update a

    lead database/CRM

    with accurate information on prospects, touchpoints, and follow-ups.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the

    Business Development Executives (BDEs)

    .


Sales Support

  • Assist the BDE team by providing insights on potential accounts, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Draft and send introductory emails, proposals, and capability decks to prospects.
  • Coordinate with the

    operations team

    to ensure a quick response to client requirements.


Performance Tracking

  • Achieve

    weekly and monthly lead targets

    .
  • Maintain activity reports and share updates with the Business Development Manager.
  • Participate in strategy meetings to optimize outreach methods.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Communication: Excellent written & spoken English
  • Research Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Naukri, Instantly.ai
  • Email Tools: Gmail, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar CRM/automation tools
  • Sales Mindset: Ability to identify decision-makers and nurture leads
  • IT Understanding: Basic knowledge of software development technologies (React, MERN, Java, etc.)
  • Reporting: Strong in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM data maintenance


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT Recruitment, B2B sales, or the staffing industry.
  • Previous exposure to US/UK markets (bonus).
  • Comfortable working with monthly targets and performance bonuses.
