Job Description

Role & responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building a high-quality sales

pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients. You will manage the complete

prospecting life cycle from research and outreach to securing meetings while consistently achieving

ambitious meeting and pipeline targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and build targeted prospect lists using tools
  • Conduct confident cold calls with strong objection-handling skills to engage key decision

makers

  • Create personalized email sequences and multi-channel outreach campaigns
  • Address objections, nurture interest, and secure confirmed meetings
  • Schedule and reconfirm meetings with clear agendas and detailed prospect context
  • Own and manage the end-to-end prospecting pipeline with disciplined follow-up
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand overqualified opportunities with full

background briefing

  • Monitor and improve outreach performance metrics (talk-time, conversions, pipeline value)
  • Guide and mentor junior team members on prospecting techniques and best practices

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree (preferred)
  • 3+ years in Sales Development, Business Development, or Direct Sales
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Extensive experience with prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with a strong phone presence
  • Proven track record of consistently booking high-quality meetings
  • Strong objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills at the top of the funnel
  • Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and persistent
  • Strong research and qualification skills to identify key decision-makers
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
  • Comfortable with rejection and resilient under pressure
  • Nice to Have:

    B2B, SaaS, or agency sales experience
