Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation & Automation Specialist with hands-on experience in Apollo and other automation/AI tools to identify, engage, and qualify high-quality leads in the translation, localization, and publishing sectors. The ideal candidate will combine industry knowledge with tech-savviness to deliver measurable pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads in translation, localization, publishing, and e-learning industries across Europe, USA, and other target regions.
  • Use Apollo for building targeted prospect lists, verifying emails, running multi-channel outreach, and tracking campaign performance.
  • Leverage automation & AI tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Phantombuster, ChatGPT) to streamline outreach and personalize engagement at scale.
  • Build, segment, and maintain accurate lead databases.
  • Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Track and optimize lead generation performance using CRM and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with overall business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the translation, localization, or publishing industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo for prospecting, email sequencing, and campaign analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of sales automation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, HubSpot, Phantombuster, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI-driven prospecting and personalization tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Clay, etc.).
  • Excellent written communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Strong market research skills and ability to identify decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B lead generation for creative or technical service providers.
  • Understanding of multilingual DTP workflows and localization terminology.
  • Knowledge of SEO, LinkedIn engagement tactics, or marketing automation platforms.
