Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who comes with a strong advertising agency background and a keen understanding of digital services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving new business across verticals like Media, Influencer Marketing, and Talent Management by identifying leads, building strong relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in media, influencer marketing, and talent management domains.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads through research, industry events, outreach, and networking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized pitches, proposals, and solutions for potential clients.
• Represent Schbang in client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets by converting leads into active accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify and capture new areas of growth.
• Maintain strong post-sale client relationships to support upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to close deals and bring in significant revenue through strategic outreach.
• Familiarity with digital media buying, influencer marketing, and talent-driven campaigns.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Mumbai-based candidates or those willing to relocate preferred.
