Lead Financial Analyst

You will be responsible for the implementation of internal financial control processes and measures to ensure adherence to statutory compliances. You will also be preparing, reviewing, analyzing, and presenting financial statements and management reports. As part of your role, you will track KPIs, prepare relevant financial reports, assist with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing processes, and understand key business drivers. Additionally, you will assist project teams with financial guidance, develop financial projections, build financial models, perform research and analysis, and manage and lead a team of financial analysts. It will be your responsibility to ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's/master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A professional qualification is considered an added advantage. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, financial planning, analysis, and modeling. The ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience, working knowledge of financial strategies, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, Oracle, or related financial systems are essential for this position.
