Lead Financial Analyst

You will be responsible for implementing internal financial control processes and measures, ensuring adherence to statutory compliances, preparing, reviewing, analyzing, and presenting financial statements and management reports, tracking KPIs, and preparing relevant financial reports. You will also assist with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing processes, understand key business drivers, provide financial guidance to project teams, develop financial projections and build financial models, perform research and analysis as required, and manage and lead a team of financial analysts. Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations. Qualifications required: - Bachelor's/master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A professional qualification is an added advantage. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, financial planning, analysis, and modeling. - Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience. - Working knowledge of financial strategies. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, Oracle, or related financial systems.,
