Job Description

You will be a Lead Analyst FP&A at Lowes India, responsible for delivering operational and financial insights and recommendations to Technology leaders to drive business decisions. Your role will require strong analytical acumen and problem-solving skills, influencing decisions in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Act as a subject matter expert in FP&A/ Corporate Finance. - Independently handle complex problem statements. - Utilize and gather data from multiple BI/reporting tools to synthesize summaries and surface insights. - Demonstrate an affinity for the Technology business with a sound financial lens and a strong analytical foundation. - Present and report consistent and accurate financial information to leadership. - Drive productivity initiatives and simplification projects to optimize tech spend. - Develop scenarios and financial models to support decision-making, raise awareness, and visualize key trends. - Create business cases and metrics to measure the business impact of Technology projects. - Translate operational and Technology metrics into financial impact. **Primary Skills:** - Manage periodic and ad hoc financial reporting of technology P&L, forecasting, and insights. - Utilize financial modeling using MS Excel or related tools. - Lead productivity initiatives and other analytical projects for Technology. - Develop long-term and short-term plan/forecast strategies and build driver-based budgeting and forecasting processes. - Proactively identify potential risks to spend and propose actionable solutions to mitigate these risks. - Track and measure business outcomes from Technology deliverables and products. - Design, maintain, and develop new metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc., to drive key business decisions. - Automate processes to simplify reporting and focus more on analysis and recommendations. - Develop business cases for new technology investments. - Analyze and report the business impact of technology products/features by designing OKRs and financial measurement. **Qualifications Required:** - 6+ years of prior experience in FP&A/finance. - Strong understanding of Finance/accounting concepts. - 3+ years of experience working as a member of a technology or cross-functional team. - 3+ years of experience analyzing data to detect trends and make recommendations. - Overall, 6-11 years of work experience only.,
