We are seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join our team in India. Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial planning.
• Conduct variance analysis to understand discrepancies between budgeted and actual results.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and market trends.
• Monitor financial metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
