JD FOR Backend Lead Engineer (.NET Core/ASP. Net Core)

6-8 years
focused on
.NET Core
/ ASP.NET Core.
Deep, demonstrable experience with
Microservices architecture
and design patterns.
Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Expert in designing and developing performant, secure
RESTful Web APIs
.
Expert in
Database Design
and optimization using SQL (
SQL Server, PostgreSQL
) and proficiency in ORMs (EF Core). Experience with NoSQL is a plus.
Experience with a major cloud platform (
Azure
) service for hosting and data storage.
Hands-on experience and should be individual contributor
Practical experience implementing and configuring
API Management
platforms, Gateways & security.
Define data access strategies for microservices, leveraging technologies like Entity Framework Core (EF Core) or Dapper, and managing cross-service data consistency
Lead the design and optimization of relational (
SQL Server, PostgreSQL
) and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design, stored procedures, and efficient query writing/tuning.
Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices within the .NET ecosystem, cloud-native development, and container orchestration.
Define and enforce architectural patterns for
Microservices
to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
