About the Role

Lead Digital Alliances

If you enjoy creating new growth channels, managing high-impact partnerships, and working in a fast-paced fintech environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and empanel new
fintech partners, digital aggregators, banks, brokers, and MF distributors
.
Manage the complete
partner onboarding cycle
– outreach, evaluation, negotiation, and agreement closure.
Drive
customer acquisition
, cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and ensure monthly/quarterly revenue targets are met.
Build strong, long-term partner relationships and monitor performance metrics.
Track industry trends in
fintech, digital distribution, and financial services
to support partnership strategies.
Work closely with Tech, Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams to activate and execute partner initiatives.

Who Can Apply

MBA or Graduate with
3–5+ years
of experience in fintech partnerships, digital alliances, or financial product distribution.
Strong understanding of the
fintech ecosystem
and digital distribution models.
Proven experience in
negotiation, partner management, and strategic business development
.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Target-driven, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
